Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting.  1/2 cup Cocoa Powder, 4-5 Tbsp Milk, 2 2/3 cup confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla, 6 Tbsp Butter or margarine.  Combine cocoa and sugar.  Cream butter with 1/2 cup of cocoa mixtue in small bowl.  Add remaining cocoa mixure alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency, blend in vanilla.      Baking Chocolate.   3 Tablespoons cocoa and 1 Tablespoon oil equals 1 square or 1oz of Baking Chocolate.
