Definitions:  In the terms and conditions, seller shall mean the company Natural Foods Inc. (doing business as Bulkfoods.com), it's employees, officers, directors, agents or other representatives. The user and/or buyer shall mean any company, person, buyer, purchaser, agent, broker, user, consumer or other representatives, either purchasing, using, or communicating, online or otherwise with the seller. Use or sales shall mean any interactions and/or sales between the seller and the user or buyer.

Copyrights:  All material on this site is copyrighted. Material may not be copied except where expressly stated to make links to this site. Refer to the Copyright policy for more information.

Trademarks:  All Trademarks are those of their respective owners with no inference being made, either imagined or implied that this site is endorsed or sponsored by those respective owners.

Submissions:  Any submissions, helpful suggestions, ideas, comments, help of any kind or any benefits or potential benefits given to seller by phone, email, chat, verbal, fax, letter or otherwise shall be considered given freely with no obligations of any kind. 

Health:  The seller provides no information or products in regards to curing, prescribing for, preventing, mitigating or alleviating any disease, any health conditions including physical, mental, psychological or otherwise, or any disabilities. Please consult a health professional in regards to any health or medical issues.

Privacy:  We believe in safeguarding personal privacy.  Please refer to the Privacy policy for more information.

Email:  Email addresses are in picture format. Spammers and email sellers can not obtain email addresses from pictures with website scanning robots. We encourage other sites to do the same. This policy would eliminate most of the profits made by email companies and by so doing effectively end the majority of spam in the world today. Cooltext provides a free text to image converter. Links:  Links made to other sites from this site are for the free benefit of the user. All use of other sites are the sole responsibilities of the user and are at the users sole risk.

Quality:  All foods are sold for human consumption and are guaranteed to be clean, sound, healthful, and wholesome in compliance with the United States Food and Drug Administration.

Exports:  Products are not guaranteed to be legal for import into other locations/countries. The buyer agrees not to purchase any items that are prohibited by the laws of their land.

Usage:  The use of this site signifies the agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions apply to all usage of this site, all communications and all sales both online or otherwise.

Phone:  Many similar products are available, which makes it difficult for ordering over the phone. An order entry fee of $5.00 applies to phone orders under $150.00. When ordering by phone incorrect items are the buyers responsibility.

The use of any products and information is at the sole risk of the user, and the suitability for such use is the user's sole responsibility. The use of this site and it's information, products and other information or products obtained from SELLER is used at the sole risk of the user. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages to the company, it's employees, officers, directors, agents or other representatives. The viewing, browsing, use of this site and/or buying from SELLER indicates acceptance and agreement of these terms and conditions the same as a signed written contract which legally binds the parties involved. Effort is made to make this site the most trustworthy and accurate as possible. Sometimes information, print and pictures will be inaccurate and may contain typographical errors and outdated information, use of which is solely at the users risk.

Limitation of Liabilities:  Any and all liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the items purchased from the seller. In the event of no purchase being made any and all liability shall be limited to a maximum of one hundred US dollars($100.00).

Pictures:  Actual pictures of foods are presented rather than artist renditions. Artist renditions are on nearly all packaging in supermarkets and many websites. It is sometimes difficult to determine size and exact colors over the internet. No claims can be accepted for the shading of colors or sizes.

Orders:  A confirmation is immediately presented and emailed to the buyer. Quantities may be limited and deliveries delayed during times of shortage. Guarantees are not made as to the fulfillment, timely delivery  or pricing. Pricing on confirmation will never increase without buyers approval. Orders are considered accepted upon shipment of products.

Manufacturers:  Make sure ingredients meet requirements before mixing. The responsibility for other products in which ingredients are mixed remains with the buyer.

Allergies:  All types of allergen foods as listed on this site are packaged in the same plant. Please refer to the food allergen page for additional information.

Origin:  Foods are obtained from around the world from the best available sources.  Please refer to the Country of Origin page for more information.

Substitutions:  When a brand name manufacturer changes a product then the newer product which may have different wrapper pictures, flavors, colors, wording etc. will be considered an acceptable substitution. The product will typically always change before the picture. Similar substitutions of similar or higher quality may be made.

Sales:  All sales are made in United States Dollars and are final 10 days from date of shipment except if delivery is more than 5 days after the date of shipment, then the sale is final 5 days after the delivery.

Claims:  For documentation purposes and management oversight all claims (non legal proceedings) must be made by email, please see the contacts page.

Delivery:  Most orders ship the next business day, some do not. Sometimes there are heat limitations, items temporarily out and/or payment requirements. The providing of an order to a carrier constitutes delivery to the address shipped. Air shipments are not provided when a shipment is not received when expected. Please allow ample time for delivery.

Address:  Many incorrect addresses are corrected for free before shipment. When the carrier charges for an address change the fee is passed on to the buyer.  A correct address can be verified by using the USPS zip code finder.

Title:  Title of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to a shipping carrier.

Damage:  Damages in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will file with the carrier for loss. Keep the damage for inspection purposes. Mark any bills of lading with the damage(s) or shortage(s) before signing. The signed copy will be needed to file a claim.

Cancellations:  Cancellations before shipment are rarely possible due to fast order processing. Please refer to the Cancelation policy for more information.

Severability:  If any of these terms are, become, or are deemed invalid, then only the invalid parts shall be void. The balance of the parts shall remain in force and valid.

Heat Sensitive Items:  An order may be canceled, shorted the heat sensitive items, called/emailed for insulated box addition or held to ship at a later date according to our best judgment or by following the comments submitted with the order.

Laws and Courts: The prevailing laws of Ohio and the United States shall apply to these terms and conditions. It is agreed that any legal proceedings against the seller must be made in and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipal (City/Toledo), County (Lucas) or Federal (US District) Courts in Toledo, OH USA.

Modifications and Changes:  These terms and conditions and the pages referred to in these terms and conditions may be modified, changed and/or added to or deleted from at any time.
