Honey Powder

We carry only the finest honey powder which is roller dried in a wheat starch base.  The powder is 70 percent honey.  Seventy percent honey powder is designed for baking and has about the same sweetness level as sucrose sugar (regular cane table sugar).  It will have very little perceived sweetness if used as a seasoning.

In many recipes it can be used as an equal replacement for liquid honey with good results.  In place of honey, use 3/4 parts honey power and 1/4 part water.

• Roller Dried Honey powder 32% Honey with added fructose and wheat starch. 

• Spray Dried Honey powder 40-50% Honey with added Malto-dextrin, is white and looks like powdered sugar. 

• Honey powder mixture 9-10% honey mixed into powdered cane sugar.
