Semolina flour is all natural with no additives, made from high protein durum wheat which is a hard type of wheat. The soft yellow flour is multi purpose, with a sweet nutty flavor and sturdy nature with ability to hold shape well, so it works great in pasta, italian bread and pizza, porridge, and deserts. Semolina pasta flour can be substituted for all, or part of the all purpose flour in a recipe.  Keep breads from sticking, by sprinkling it on the baking sheet instead of cornmeal.,
