Cashews

Cashews are formed inside a very hard shell on the bottoms of very delicate
yellow fruits. Nutritional Information
They are heated over fires to crack the shells in order to hull
the nuts by hand. This results in some of the cashews being scorched. These
are known
as second or third quality cashews.
Scorched cashews when roasted tend to get
hard and roast unevenly. Only the finest first quality cashews are available
here online.

Cashews
Raw Whole Cashews are eaten as is by some people although most
people prefer them roasted. Raw cashews can be dry roasted in a shallow pan in
the oven until light brown. Our Large White Cashew Pieces are the largest
