We are proud to be an American Company.

We are members of and support the following trade organizations.
The
National Nutritional Food Association is the heart of a growing,
vital industry committed to health, well-being, and a sustainable environment.
Founded in 1936, NNFA promotes and protects the unique values and shared
interests of retailers, and suppliers in the natural nutritional foods and
products industry.
The
National Federation of Independent
Business (NFIB), is the largest advocacy
organization representing small and independent businesses in Washington, D.C.
and all 50 state capitals. NFIB's vision is to give small and
independent business a voice in governmental decision making. NFIB sets its public policy positions by
regularly polling members and acting on their advice. Once this member ballot is
tallied, NFIB carries a unified message to Congress and the state legislatures
on behalf of small business owners.
The
U.S. Chamber of Commerce is
undertaking a major effort to become the voice of business large and
small. We are talking about how families and societies can benefit from
private enterprise and the policies needed to keep free enterprise
vibrant and strong.
The Chamber, American workers and businesses have made the longest
economic expansion in history. In
the last decade, $2.6 trillion was added to the
gross domestic product, 20 million jobs created, unemployment down to
under 5%, tripled the stock
market to $11 trillion, and increased productivity to highest rate in 30
years.

We are inspected by and support the following government
agencies.
The
United
States Environmental Protection Agency. EPA's mission is to protect
human health and to safeguard the natural environment — air, water, and land
— upon which life depends. For 30 years, EPA has been working for a cleaner,
healthier environment for the American people.
The Occupational Safety & Health
Administration. OSHA’s
mission is to ensure safe and healthful workplaces in America. Since the agency
was created in 1971, workplace fatalities have been cut in half and occupational
injury and illness rates have declined 40 percent. At the same time, U.S.
employment has doubled from 56 million workers at 3.5 million worksites to 111
million workers at 7 million sites.
The
FDA Modernization Act of 1997 affirmed FDA's public health protection role and
defined the Agency's mission:
- To promote the public health by promptly and efficiently reviewing
clinical research and taking appropriate action on the marketing of
regulated products in a timely manner;
- With respect to such products, protect the public health by ensuring that
foods are safe, wholesome, sanitary, and properly labeled; human and
veterinary drugs are safe and effective; there is reasonable assurance of
the safety and effectiveness of devices intended for human use; cosmetics
are safe and properly labeled, and; public health and safety are protected
from electronic product radiation.

We are approved by and support the following trust
organizations.

The
Better Business Bureau. Our
mission is to promote and foster the highest
ethical relationship between businesses and the public through voluntary
self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence. Since
the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system has proven that the
majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of
voluntary self-regulation and consumer education.
