Garlic Salt: Our garlic salt has the full amount of garlic as specified in the United States Government Standard for Garlic Salt. This standard has to be met if selling to the government. Profit motivation and price competition has driven most of the major producers to lower the amount of garlic when selling to non government buyers.

Purity: Many discount brands now are making this item with very little real garlic and then they spike it with garlic oil or garlic oleoresin for flavor. 

Flavor: Ours has the full spectrum of garlic essence and flavor not just imitation granules with only a single flavor component added for flavor. Ours is 100% pure and needs no flavors added.

Garlic Fine Powder:  We sell 100% Pure garlic powder. This is a very fine powder and is much finer than Garlic Powder typically sold in stores. Garlic powder sold in stores is usually granulated garlic (the top item on this page).

Use: Used in cooking where the full flavor of true garlic is wanted quickly. It also blends in as very fine powder where a smooth consistency is desired.
